West Ranga Property Group, founded in August 2016, is a multi-disciplined and opportunistic property company focussing on UK commercial property assets across all recognised sectors.
After forging friendships over many years on the riverbank, in 2016 the directors of the company decided to utilise their diverse geographical knowledge, sectorial expertise and complementary skills to join forces and launch a dynamic and reactive property company.
Named after their favourite river in Iceland, the newly formed West Ranga Property Group embarked on an aggressive acquisition programme turning over £10M of commercial investment and development projects in the first 12 months.
The management team are constantly assessing and evaluating numerous opportunities deploying detailed market knowledge and advanced DCF analysis to meet internal performance criteria.
We are looking to maintain and accelerate our current growth and will consider any asset class or opportunity on both a stand-alone and portfolio level. Whilst we have a large network of property agents in regular contact we are always seeking to form new relationships and are extremely grateful for every introduction.
The company is actively seeking property assets between £2M - £10M in value and will consider any income producing, vacant possession or commercial development opportunities. Working alongside our JV partners, we also have capability and appetite for prime residential developments.
